The Feiyang R&D Center was newly completed on April 16, 2024. It is responsible for the R&D, application, and promotion of polyaspartic polyurea new materials of the Feiyang Group.

The Feiyang R&D Center covers an area of 3,600 square meters, integrating R&D experiments, precision testing, administrative offices, and smart exhibition halls. It is equipped with complete R&D laboratories and various precision testing facilities, capable of undertaking raw material testing and analysis, synthesis of new polyaspartic polyurea resin curing agents, innovative application research of polyaspartic polyurea coatings, construction and process research, etc. It provides professional and rapid technical support for polyaspartic polyurea customers in more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. The center brings together over 50 full-time R&D personnel, including 5 industry leaders, all of whom are senior industry experts with an average of over 20 years of extensive experience. They possess rich expertise and outstanding achievements in the R&D, application evaluation, and market promotion of polyaspartic polyurea materials.

The Feiyang R&D Center has launched a series of innovative polyaspartic polyurea products

• Salt Spray Resistant Polyaspartic Polyurea: Developed grades F4202, F4208, and F5209, which improve the salt spray resistance of polyaspartic polyurea primers.
• Low Viscosity Polyaspartic Polyurea: F410 and F411 feature lower viscosity than F420 while maintaining the same high strength and weatherability.
• Self-Structuring Polyaspartic Polyurea: D2970 self-structuring, the orange peel paint made with it does not require the addition of orange peel agents while maintaining high solid content and good corrosion resistance and weatherability.
• Ketoimine Series: Including grades FT335, FT346, and FT610, featuring low viscosity, fast drying, and long pot life.
• Environmentally Friendly Epoxy Primer Curing Agent: EPC100 is a solvent-free low viscosity epoxy curing agent. When paired with solvent-free epoxy resin, it can easily develop 90% solid content epoxy primers and provide efficient corrosion protection. When combined with 90% solid content polyaspartic polyurea topcoats, this coating system can meet China's regulations on fugitive VOC emissions from outdoor coating applications.

Automotive Industry: Applied in areas such as workshop underbody coatings, automotive quick repair clear coats, large and medium-sized bus fast-drying sanding intermediate coats, new energy vehicle battery case protective coatings, liquid car wrap films, etc. High solid content, low VOC coatings can achieve fast curing and excellent weatherability, meeting the automotive industry's demand for high-performance coatings.

Anti-Corrosion Field: Applied in areas such as environmentally friendly fast-drying engineering machinery coatings, petrochemical storage tank anti-corrosion coatings, solvent-free overhead pipeline DTM, galvanized matching solvent-free DTM, 90% solid content weatherable topcoats, etc.

Flooring Applications: Applied in areas such as heavy-duty floors, fast-repair floors, cold storage floors, sports floors, artistic floors, etc. Not only with excellent appearance but also outstanding wear resistance and weatherability.

Waterproofing Solutions: Applied in areas such as hydropower dam waterproofing, kitchen and bathroom waterproofing, exterior wall and roof waterproofing, photovoltaic waterproofing, sewage pool waterproofing, etc., providing high strength and high elasticity waterproof layers that are easy to apply.

Adhesive Industry: Applied in areas such as beauty sewing agents, stone joint sealants, electronic potting adhesives, casting river tables, artificial ice, etc., emphasizing environmentally friendly and solvent-free, providing high strength, high toughness, and non-yellowing properties.

Home Decoration Industry: Applied in areas such as decorative coatings, home waterproofing, interior wall coatings, anti-pollution coatings, armor fibers, etc.
